Policies

Deposit

A deposit secures your booking. The amount is a percentage of your service total (shown at checkout) and comes off your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable unless we say otherwise under refunds.

A fixed deposit of £15 is taken when you book (not a percentage of the service price).

Rescheduling

You can reschedule up to three times after your first booking — the more notice, the better. If we need to move your appointment (e.g. staff illness), we’ll contact you to find another time.

Cancelling your appointment

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service price.

Late arrivals

Over 10 minutes late may incur a £15 fee. Very late arrivals might mean a shorter service or cancellation so we stay on time — call ahead if you’re delayed.

Refunds

Deposits are usually non-refundable. If we cancel on you, or in genuine exceptions, we may refund or rebook at our discretion.

FAQ

  • Do I need to prep my hair?

    Come with clean, detangled, blow-dried hair unless your booking says otherwise. Skip heavy oils on the day for better colour and styling.

  • What should I bring?

    We’ll say if anything special is needed in your service details and confirmation. Message us if you’re unsure.

  • Is there parking?

    There may be street or paid parking nearby — check signs before you travel. Message us if you need directions.
